Located just to the north of Camas is Lacamas Lake and Camas Heritage Park. Gorgeous deep blue Camas lilies emerge in spring and can be found in the surrounding park areas.
Camas Heritage Park is situated at the southern end of the lake and has a number of amenities including a boat launch, playground, picknicking area, restrooms, and trails. The connecting Lacamas Heritage Trail is a multipurpose trail which supports running, walking and cyclists and runs 3.5 miles along the lake's southern edge.
The Camas Potholes can be seen at the south end of the lake where the water exiting the lake's dam has carved unique "potholes" in the rock beneath Lacamas Creek.
