A quarterly freestyle dance event for adults with world beat, oldies and goodies for everybody returns! Dance Catalyst, Paula Byrne will kick off the evening at 7:30 pm with stretches and warm-ups. Setting intention for a movement journey, inspired by Gabrielle Roth’s 5 Rhythm Wave, to start at 8 pm. Come and meet other freestyle dancers at this fun and interactive event. No prior experience required. Open Ecstatic Dance to follow until 10:30 pm, where we free our funk, shake our soul and dance our spirit.

Beverage and healthy snacks provided, for a minimal fee. All tickets enter into a raffle for FREE Acupuncture treatments. Bring canned food donations for the food bank and receive an extra raffle ticket for every two cans of food donated!
